We wholeheartedly believe that true learning comes from experience, not from lengthy classroom lectures and training manuals. For this reason, our training sessions are primarily experiential, coupled with lecturettes of the learning principles…Dream, Believe, Dare, Do, (based on our best-selling book, The Disney Way) as well as examples of each. During these sessions, the seeds of learning are planted; however, these training experiences must be translated to the real world in the form of focused work experiences. We challenge our clients to take every opportunity to reward positive performance so that both individuals and teams are motivated to develop unique “magical moments” for their customers.
